How do I return an item?
Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours Monday to Friday, and a customer service representative will be in touch.
* Please note, shipping fees are not refundable.
* If you don't have an account, pls contact us via email: support@becosplayer.com to request a Returns Authorization.
If any item is not returned in original condition, or with any part of the packaging missing no exchange or refund will be possible. This includes items that have had shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging, or items squashed into inappropriately sized packaging.
Please note you will be charged $14.95 for parcels marked "Return to Sender" or "RTS" and returned at our cost without our authority.
Warranty Period
Standard warranty period is 48 hours for a faulty product.
We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify us within the above time frame.
Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, we can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe that there is an issue, and please kindly take us photos about what is wrong of the costumes and our label. If you have any concerns, please contact us during CHINA Standard Time business hours.
Most costumes are not designed for everyday wear or hire-store use. Damage due to over-use, rough treatment or general wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
Also all of our costumes are not allowed to wash by machine, please kindly well-notice.
Incorrect Item Sent
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after received ,we will deliver the correct item instead.
* We will despatch the correct item to you upon notification of the error.
* We will organize the return of the incorrect item to us.
Incorrect Size Ordered
We offer exchange or store credit for incorrect size purchased.
(Please note some items cannot be returned, see Exclusions for details.)
If an item you ordered does not fit, we will happily exchange it for the correct size EXCEPT customized size or a replacement costume of your choice - subject to a few conditions:
You must request your exchange and contact us within 48hours of receiving the item, and it must be returned to us within 7 days.
Postage costs associated with the return of goods for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned to us via C.O.D. will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Any difference in price for exchange to an alternative costume must be paid by the customer in full upon request to exchange.
The replacement item will not be shipped until your return item has been received and processed by our Returns Department.
Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in original sale-able condition.
In the case of exchange for a different size or product, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge for the first exchange only. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a shipping charge at your cost.
Please note that we can not guarantee that the item you wish to exchange your purchase for will be available.
Unwanted Items
We offer a refund, exchange or store credit for change of mind. (Please note some items cannot be returned, see Exclusions for details.)
If you decide that you do not want the item that you purchased, then you may return it subject to a few conditions:
You must request your return within 2 days of receiving the item, and it must be returned to us within 7 days.
Postage costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned to us via C.O.D. will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in original sale-able condition. Blister packs must be unopened. Store credit is not available until the return has been received and processed by our Returns Department.

Exclusions - Customized product.
① We cannot accept returns for bulk orders that we have produced at your request.
② Items that have been damaged by makeup when trying on, please kindly remove your makeup first!
③ Items that have been altered in any way. Washed costumes will not be available for our return policy.
④ Due to Health concerns, we do not accept returns for the following items unless faulty, so please choose your product carefully!
ITEMS AS : Underwear; Hosiery.
The following items cannot be returned unless in sealed, unopened packaging and it has not been tried: Wigs; Beards ; Moustaches; Pierced Earrings; Makeup; Eyelashes; Fangs or Novelty Teeth; Prosthetics; Tattoos.
⑤ If you want to cancel a customize order before delivery time.
We have some different circumstances show as below:
One: We haven’t arranged to produce this order yet. We can fully refund. (Usually we will start customization within 24 hours after received the order )
Two: We started hand-made produce already, we will charge 50% cost price according to total amount.
⑥ If you want to amend the size for your customize order before delivery time.
One: If we haven’t started to produce, it’s ok for us to amend.
Two: If we already start to produce, and we can still amend on the size, we will charge 15% cost price according to our selling price.
Three: If customized costume already finished, that means we can’t do any amendment about size, we cannot cancel your order but you will get 10% discount for next order of any products.
